StyleTalk is a dedicated communication platform for the garment industry, bringing teams together for seamless group discussions, information sharing, and workplace communication.

• Channel (Style): Represents a specific garment style to group all assigned team members, discussions, and updates into one central workspace.
• Topic: Sub-threads created inside a Style channel dedicated to specific operational workflows (e.g., Sample Development, Fabric Sourcing, Fitting, PO, Trims Purchasing) to prevent chat clutter.

• Step 1 (Welcome): Launch the StyleTalk app. On the Welcome screen, tap Register.
• Step 2 (Register): Enter your Email address, Organization name, and User name, then tap Send code.
• Step 3 (Verification): Check your email inbox for the 6-digit verification code, enter it into the input box to complete account setup.

• Edit Details: Tap your avatar at the top right of the screen to open the User Properties page.
• Update Profile: Tap the camera icon on your avatar to upload a profile photo. Update your Display Name, Organization, then tap Save.

• View Styles: Access all active Style channels where you are invited as a team member.
• Create Channels: Tap the (+) button next to Channels. Set the Style Title, upload a Style sketch/image, add a summary description, and invite team members.

Note: The Channel creator is designated as the Channel Owner with full administrative permissions.

• Create Topic: Tap the orange Add topic (+) button inside a Style channel to create workflow sub-threads (e.g., fabric sourcing, PO, trims purchasing).
• Channel Settings: Tap the Gear Icon inside a Channel to access Channel Properties. Here you can edit the Style title, icon, and summary, add new members (+ icon), remove existing members (X icon), or tap Leave Channel.

Note: Only Channel owner can create Topic and add team members in each Topic.

• Messaging: Type text updates or specifications directly into the Message… input box and tap the Send arrow button.
• Attachments: Tap the (+) icon beside the input box to open attachment options:
  • Camera: Take live photos of fabric/trims.
  • Gallery: Upload stored photos/specifications.
  • File Attachment: Upload PDFs, tech packs, or spec sheets.
• Topic Settings & Deletion: Tap the Gear Icon inside a topic thread to modify a topic.

Note: If you are the last member, a system warning will remind you that leaving will permanently delete all topic content.
