QC Inline Inspection Application

Introduction

Quality Control Mobile App (QC App) is a mobile application within the iGarment application ecosystem, used to record, manage, and monitor quality inspection data throughout the garment production process.

The QC App enables QC personnel to perform quality inspections by scanning QR codes of Bundle, Rework, or Product, allowing inspection results to be recorded and synchronized with the system.

The application focuses on three core functions:

  • Bundle Inspection
  • Rework Inspection
  • Product QCC

Application Value

The QC App supports factories by:

  • Standardizing the process of recording quality inspection data
  • Clearly tracking Pass / Rework / Scrap statuses
  • Storing defect images for quality traceability and verification
  • Reducing reliance on paper forms and manual data entry
  • Enabling management to quickly monitor quality performance and rework rates

Register Rules and Language Settings

Users enter the system by providing the following information:

  • Employee Name
  • Employee ID
  • Server
  • Domain Name

The server domain is provided by the implementation engineer or the factory’s project owner and must be entered correctly to ensure proper system connectivity.

After all required information is entered, users can access the application to perform QC activities.

The application supports multiple system languages, including:

  • English
  • Chinese
  • Vietnamese

The selected language will be applied across the entire interface and all functions of the application.
