Sewing Work Input Mobile Application

Introduction

Sewing Work Input Mobile App is one of the data collection tools of the PMS system.

SWI allows workers to record production by scanning QR codes and view their own piece-rate wage records on a mobile phone.

With the app, you can:

  • Record production quickly by scanning QR codes.
  • View your daily production records.
  • Check piece-rate wages for the current or previous pay periods.
  • Review detailed records for each day.
  • Delete records if necessary.
  • Work with either real-time scanning or process-based scanning, depending on your factory settings.

Register Rules and Language Settings

Users enter the system by providing the following information:

  • Employee Name
  • Employee ID
  • Server
  • Domain Name

The server domain is provided by the implementation engineer or the factory’s project owner and must be entered correctly to ensure proper system connectivity.

After all required information is entered, users can access the application to perform QC activities.

The application supports multiple system languages, including:

  • English
  • Chinese
  • Vietnamese

The selected language will be applied across the entire interface and all functions of the application.

Work Input Summary

Work Input Summary gives you a quick overview of your work records for the selected pay period.

You can easily check:

  • Total Earned – Total piece-rate wages earned during the current pay period.
  • Daily Production Records – Production quantity and earnings for each day.
  • Work History – Detailed records grouped by date or by work order.
  • Production Details – Operation, quantity and amount earned for each record.

The application provides two viewing modes:

By Date

View your work records grouped by production date.

  • Total quantity completed.
  • Daily earnings.
  • Detailed operation records.

Tap a date row to expand and view the details.

By Work Order

View your records grouped by work order.

This helps you quickly check:

  • Which work orders you have worked on.
  • Operations completed under each work order.
  • Quantity and earnings for each operation.

You can switch between By Date and By Work Order at any time.

Use the date range selector at the top of the screen to view records from different payroll periods.

At the bottom of the screen, tap Start Work to scan a QR code and record new production.
